Dr. Peggie Ward
The Co-parent Assessment Center, Natick, MA

Dr. Peggie Ward is the Co-Director and founder of the Co-Parenting Assessment Center in Natick, MA, an intensive specialty clinic for families going through separation and divorce. Dr. Ward earned her B.A. from the Connecticut College for Women in 1966, her M.A. from California State University at Los Angeles in 1976 and her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (adult and child) from the University of South Dakota in 1980. She has many years of experience as an Instructor of Psychiatry at both Tufts and Harvard University Medical Schools, and as a Lecturer of Psychology at California State University. Dr. Ward is a certified guardian ad litem, a trained divorce mediator, and has authored numerous publications on family and children’s issues. Dr. Ward has also presented at many conferences and training sessions over the years, and is the recipient of numerous awards and honors. She is on the Board of Directors and Education Committee for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and was a member of the Committee to Develop Shared Parenting Guidelines in MA in 2004. Dr. Ward has served as an expert witness in both civil and criminal matters. She is licensed to practice psychology in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 11/30/05
