Theodore M. Lothstein Lothstein Guerriero PLLC, Concord Theodore M. Lothstein, Program Co-Chair/CLE Committee Member is from Lothstein Guerriero PLLC in Concord, NH where he focuses on criminal litigation in state and federal court, DWI and motor vehicle defense, and appellate litigation. Ted graduated from Duke University, earned his J.D. at the University of Connecticut School of Law, and then clerked for Associate Justice Robert Berdon of the Connecticut Supreme Court. Prior to opening his private practice, Ted spent over a decade with the New Hampshire Public Defender as a trial lawyer, litigation support attorney and assistant appellate defender. Over the last decade, Ted has taught CLE presentations on various aspects of criminal and DWI defense before hundreds of criminal defense lawyers and prosecutors, in CLEs hosted by the NH Bar Association (2002, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2011), the NH Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (2004, 2006, 2007, 2011), the NH Public Defender (yearly New Lawyer Trainings from 1999 through 2008) and Massachusetts CLE's DWI Update in Boston in 2010. He is a member of the NH Bar's Legislation Committee and Federal Practice Section, the National College of DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the NH Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. 12/11 TL
