Hon. Terry Lukens, Ret. Mediator and Arbitrator JAMS, Seattle, WA Judge Terry Lukens received his A. B. from Brown University (1965) and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law (1973, with honors). He also attended the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He was an attorney with Karr Tuttle Campbell from 1974 until 1999. He was appointed to the King County Superior Court in 1999 and served until 2005. While on the court he was a member of the Executive Committee and Chief Judge at the Regional Justice Center. Judge Lukens is now a mediator, arbitrator, special master and private judge at JAMS.{March 2011]
