William J. Lindsay, Jr. Gross & Welch, Omaha Nebraska William J. Lindsay, Jr. is a partner with the Gross & Welch law firm of Omaha. He was admitted to practice in 1978, received a B.S. in Mathematics from Creighton University in 1975 and a J.D. from Creighton in 1978. He also received an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1979. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Real Estate Probate & Trust Section, the Law Practice Management Section, the NCLE Section (Secretary and Chair of the Publications Committee for the Section). He also is a member of the Omaha Bar Association and the United States Tax Court.
