Vincent Candiello, Esq. Post & Schell, P.C., Harrisburg Mr. Candiello is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Law Practice of Post & Schell. His federal and state court trial and appellate litigation practice includes representation of employers and their officers, directors, and managers in class actions, and multi-plaintiff litigation, as well as single-plaintiff claims alleging age, gender, disability, race, religion and other forms of employment discrimination. Mr. Candiello has secured numerous, defense verdicts before juries in federal courts. He also handles non-compete, employee tort, employee welfare benefit, and wrongful discharge matters. He practices before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, the National Labor Relations Board and state unemployment compensation tribunals. Finally, he regularly defends labor arbitrations and presents in employment ADR matters. An active speaker, Mr. Candiello has lectured on various employment issues for organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute; the Georgetown University Law Center; PBS television; the American, Pennsylvania and Maryland Bar Associations; the Council on Education in Management; and the Society for Human Resource Management. He also is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Employment and Labor Law for St. Francis University teaching alternative dispute resolution, labor law, and employment law. Mr. Candiello is active in bar association activities having served as a former Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also is a member of the Michigan and American Bar Associations. Finally, Mr. Candiello serves as a certified, federal-court mediator on employment matters assigned by the judges of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He previously worked with the National Labor Relations Board. Before joining the firm, Mr. Candiello served on the corporate legal staff at General Motors Corporation in Michigan.
