Teri Lynn Henning, Esq. General Counsel PA Newspaper Association, Harrisburg Ms. Henning is the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association's general counsel. In that position, she advises Pennsylvania newspaper personnel regarding legal and legislative matters affecting newspapers, files amicus briefs in court cases significant to Pennsylvania newspapers, and conducts member education seminars. Before joining the Association, she taught in the clinical programs at the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and worked in private practice in commercial litigation and environmental law. Ms. Henning graduated, cum laude, from Bucknell University, with a B.A. degree in psychology. She received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
