Steven M. Goldblatt Resolve Disputes, Seattle, WA Steven M. Goldblatt is associate professor (emeritus in a week) and former chairman (1982-91) of the Department of Construction Management and former associate dean for external affairs (2002-04) in the College of Built Environments at Uw. He is a member of the ABA and its Construction Industry Forum and Section of Public Contract Law, California State Bar (inactive), Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, and Seattle SD Building Excellence Programs Oversight Committee. Prof Goldblatt has served as president of the Associated Schools of Construction (1989-90), as a contributing author to the State's general conditions for public works (1992-) and RCW 39.10 (1994-97), as a member and first chair of Sound Transit's Citizen OverSight Panel (1997-2003), as co-chair of King County's Commission on Governance (2003-04), and on many DRBs in Washington. He has presented the Section's legislative updates regularly since 1994.[July 2012]
