Mr. Barth is a Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Office of Attorney General of Pennsylvania where he serves as the Eastern Regional Chief of its Charitable Trusts and Organizations Section. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester (with a degree in Economics) and of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors and as Chair of its Probate and Trust Law Section. He has also served as a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee. Before entering practice he delivered mail and drove a cab in Manhattan. As a native of the Bronx, New York, he is a legitimate lifelong Yankee’s fan and can barely speak English. His most recent notable accomplishment was a Second Place finish in the 2004 Punkin’ Chunkin’ World Championship Competition, Human Powered Centrifugal Division.
