Kirby G. Upright, Esq. King Spry Herman Freund & Faul LLC, Bethlehem Mr. Upright is with the Bethlehem firm of King Spry Herman Freund & Faul LLC.  He is Chair of the Probate & Trust Division of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel; an active member of the Northeast Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council; and a member of the Philadelphia, Monroe and Lackawanna County Bar Associations. Mr. Upright is a frequent lecturer and author on estate and trust related matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other organizations. He is an active member of the Estate and Trust Committee at the Monroe County Bar Association. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, he received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, and was awarded a LL.M. in Taxation from the Temple University School of Law. Mr. Upright is also a Certified Public Accountant.
