Craig J. Staudenmaier, Esq. Nauman Smith Shissler & Hall, LLP, Harrisburg Mr. Staudenmaier is a partner in the Harrisburg law firm of Nauman, Smith, Shissler & Hall, LLP. His practice is concentrated in the areas of state and federal litigation and media law. He routinely represents individual, business and media clients throughout the central Pennsylvania area before the Pennsylvania trial and appellate courts, federal courts for the Middle and Eastern District of Pennsylvania and before various Commonwealth and federal agencies. Mr. Staudenmaier has represented newspapers, radio and television clients in access issues, subpoena of reporters, privacy issues and defamation claims. He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and the Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Staudenmaier is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations where he is a member of the Bankruptcy Section, Business Law and Civil Litigation Sections and Vice Chair of the Bar Press Committee respectively. He is an affiliate member of the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association. Mr. Staudenmaier has also been a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Society of Newspaper Editors.
