Frederic J. Baker, Esq. Assistant U.S. Trustee Office of the U.S. Trustee, Philadelphia Mr. Baker is a Senior Assistant United States Trustee for Region 3 with supervisory responsibility for bankruptcy cases filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the United States Trustee’s Office, Mr. Baker represented the federal taxing authority both as a trial attorney at the Department of Justice Tax Division and later as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. Mr. Baker is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy matters, both within and outside of the United States Trustee Program.
