Mr. Pasek concentrates in representing management in all facets of labor and employment law such as maintaining a union-free environment, collective bargaining, litigation and counseling on wrongful discharge and employment discrimination claims, occupational safety and health, whistleblower claims, wage and hour, affirmative action compliance and workplace torts. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received his B.A., magna cum laude, in 1973 from the University of Pittsburgh. He is active in the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, where he has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee and Chairman of the Selection Committee of the Chamber’s Political Action Committee. Mr. Pasek is called upon to lecture frequently to business groups and continuing legal education programs. Mr. Pasek is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and has tried cases and argued appeals in the federal courts throughout the United States, including before the United States Supreme Court. He chairs the Labor and Employment Law practice group at the law firm of Cozen O’Connor, which is headquartered in Philadelphia and has offices in 20 other cities throughout the United States and in London and Toronto.
