Mr. Shay is past Chair of the Health Information Technology Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association. For nine years he served as a commissioner of the Electronic Health Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Health Lawyers Association.
