Charles J. Barreras, Esq. Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, Norristown Mr. Barreras is a founding partner in The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, where he concentrates his practice in defending workers’ compensation, automobile, and general liability cases. He began his legal career with Wright, Young & McGilvery, P.C., where he litigated various medical malpractice, automobile, general liability, and workers’ compensation matters. In 1996 he became associated with the Philadelphia firm of Weber Goldstein Greenberg & Gallagher, LLP, where he devoted his practice to handling workers’ compensation and automobile matters. In 1999 he became the managing partner of Weber’s Reading, Pennsylvania office. He has served as a faculty member for several workers’ compensation programs sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and frequently provides seminars on workers’ compensation topics to Pennsylvania insurers and self-insured companies. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Berks County Bar Associations, and also belongs to the Workers’ Compensation Section of the PBA. Mr. Barreras received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 1992, and his B.S. from Drexel University.
