Ruth Tolf Ansell Ansell & Anderson, Bedford Ruth Tolf Ansell concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, and related tax planning at Ansell & Anderson, PA in Bedford, NH. She graduated from Fordham Law School (J.D. 1981) and earned her Masters Degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law (LL.M. Tax 1988). Ruth is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and was the state chair for New Hampshire from 1999 through 2004.
