Maureen D. Smith Orr & Reno, Concord Maureen D. Smith is a director at Orr & Reno, PA in Concord, NH where she concentrates her practice on representing energy, manufacturing and commercial facilities in siting, permitting environmental compliance and enforcement matters before federal and state agencies, as well as representing attorneys in professional misconduct matters. She earned her B.S. from the University of Michigan in 1974 and her J.D. from Georgetown University in 1977. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior assistant attorney general for the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office. Maureen serves as chair of the NHBA’s Ethics Committee, is a past chair (and current member) of the NHBA’s Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section, and a member of the NHBA’s Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities Law Section.
