Ann N. Butenhof Butenhof & Bomster, Manchester Ann N. Butenhof practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and special needs trusts at Butenhof & Bomster, PC in Manchester, NH. Prior to entering private practice, she was the directing attorney of the Senior Citizens Law Project of New Hampshire Legal Assistance, a statewide non-profit law firm. Ann is an active member of the NHBA’s Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate and the Mental & Physical Disabilities Law Sections, the Special Needs Alliance (a national, invitation-only network of lawyers dedicated to Disability and Public Benefits Law), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She chaired the formation committee of the New Hampshire Chapter of NAELA, served as its first president and currently serves on its Board. Ann earned her B.A. degree from Lake Forest College, and a joint degree in law (J.D.) and social work (M.S.S.A.) from Case Western Reserve University.
