John S. Kitchen is an attorney with offices in the Lakes Region and in the Manchester, NH area. He concentrates his practice in trust, probate, gift and estate taxation and disability law. John earned his B.A. from Williams College and his J.D. and LL.M. from Boston University Law School. He is a member of the NHBA’s CLE Committee and the following Sections: Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate; Mental & Physical Disabilities; Military and Taxation. John has written articles published by NH Bar Journal, the National College of Probate Judges and the Research Institute of America (RIA). He has given legal education presentations for the NH Bar Association, the National College of Probate Judges, the National Guardianship Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Joint Conferences, the Arc, The National PLAN Alliance and the Special Needs Alliance, as well as a National Press Club program in Washington, DC, sponsored by the National Disability Institute. John has also served as a member of the NHBA’s Board of Governors and as an assistant attorney general for the state of New Hampshire. 4/13 TL
