Richard A. Samuels McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Manchester Richard A. Samuels, Program Chair/CLE Committee Member is a shareholder at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, PA in Manchester, NH where he concentrates his practice in corporate and commercial transactions, securities law, and banking and utilities regulatory matters. He earned his B.A. from Union College in 1974 and his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1980. Dick is a member and former chair of the NHBA’s Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section and is a long time member and former chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. He has been a board member of numerous NH not-for-profit organizations. Dick is the New Hampshire liaison to the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Committee on Corporate Laws and the Committee on State Regulation of Securities. He has authored articles on the New Hampshire security takeover disclosure law, corporation and business practice, and utility financing.
