Charles C.  Zall, Esq.

Mr. Zall is a partner in Saul Ewingís Business Department in its Philadelphia office. He practices in the general area of business law and concentrates his practice in securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He is Co-Chair of the firmís Corporate Governance Group. Mr. Zall has advised publicly-owned entities, non-profit entities and heir respective boards and committees, as well as individual directors, trustees and officers, with respect to a wide range of corporate governance matters. Mr. Zall also has extensive experience representing companies raising money in the public and private markets, underwriters of public and private offerings and venture capital funds and other investors in non-public investment transactions. Mr. Zall has taught and lectured on various topics under general corporate law and state and federal securities laws for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He is the co-editor of two volumes, published annually which update the requirements under federal securities laws relating to Annual Reports and the Proxy Rules. He is a member of the American Bar Associationís Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities.
