Honey Hastings concentrates her practice on collaborative, unbundled, and limited appearance representation in family law, from her office in Wilton, NH. Her ADR practice includes both mediation and parenting coordination. She drafted the Parental Rights and Responsibilities Act (RSA 461-A) and is a frequent advocate for family law legislation. Honey earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1980. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; a New Hampshire certified family mediator; board member of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire; and board member of the Parenting Coordinator’s Association of New Hampshire. Honey is co-founder and member of the Family Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is also a member of the NHBA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and Municipal and Governmental Law Section. She has authored many articles published in the New Hampshire Bar Journal and The New Hampshire Divorce Handbook published by Amoskeag Press. 10/11 TL
