Hon. Kevin McKenney Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara Hon. Kevin McKenney, is a judge of the Superior Court of California,Santa Clara County servind from 1998-present. He is one of the four Case Managers in the Civil Division, doing law and motion, case management, trial settings, and settlement conferences. He received his BA in history, from Hayward (not East Bay) State University, 1970 and JD,from the University of San Francisco, in 1973. McKenney was a research attorney at Belli, Ashe, Ellison & Choulos, from 1973-1974. He was an associate and partner in the law firm of Stenberg, McKenney & Sunseri from 1974-1994. His practice was in civil litigation and primarily insurance defense. McKenney was appointed judge in the Santa Clara County Municipal Court from 1994-1998. His assignments were criminal, drug court, and civil. Judge McKenney is a former Treasurer of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
