Daniel McAuliffe Snell & Wilmer LLP Daniel J. McAuliffe, is a partner at Snell & Wilmer LLP, in Phoenix. His practice focuses on representation of clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters with special emphasis on antitrust law, construction law, defense of civil racketeering, lender liability and accounting malpractice claims, and appellate work. Mr. McAuliffe received his J. D. from Harvard University in 1969. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Arizona, the Supreme Court of California, the Supreme Court of Nevada, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals - Ninth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Court - District of Arizona and the United States District Court - District of Nevada. Mr. McAuliffe currently is the President of State Bar of Arizona. He has served the State Bar of Arizona in several capacities including: the Board of Governors, Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, Professionalism Course Committee, Appellate Practice Section - Executive Council, and the Task Force on Technology. He received the State Bar of Arizona Member of the Year Award in 1991. Mr. McAuliffe is also a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, Federal Bar Association, American Judicature Society, and American Law Institute. Mr. McAuliffe is the author of the Arizona Legal Ethics Handbook, published by the State Bar of Arizona. |
