Timothy A. Shollenberger, Esq. Shollenberger & Januzzi, LLP, Enola Mr. Shollenberger is the founder and principal of the Harrisburg law firm Shollenberger & Januzzi, LLP. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Dickinson College (1978) and received his J.D., cum laude, in 1981 from the Dickinson School of Law. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Shollenberger served as president of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is one of the authors of Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance: An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law, and in 2001, he co-authored the Pennsylvania Personal Injury Subrogation Handbook. He is a frequent lecturer on automobile insurance law issues. In 1998, Mr. Shollenberger was the co-recipient of PaTLA’s prestigious Milton D. Rosenberg Award for outstanding service to the organization. In 2001, Mr. Shollenberger received both the United Way Capital Region and the Central Pennsylvania Tobacco Free Coalition’s Volunteer of the Year award for his work with children on the perils of tobacco use as well as a citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In 2009, Mr. Shollenberger gained membership to the Elite Lawyers of America and was selected by the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in the state of Pennsylvania. |
