Martin Banks, Philadelphia Since 2001, Mr. Wilson has been a member of the course planning committee, the team that plans and presents the biennial PBI program Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Practice and Procedure and writes the manual. Mr. Wilson has practiced Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law exclusively since 1988. He originally represented agencies of the City of Philadelphia, major insurance carriers, and self-insured corporations, and has represented the rights of injured workers since 1993. Mr. Wilson is a member of the faculty of many other PBI courses on workers’ compensation. An officer of the Workers’ Compensation Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, he is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association), the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. Mr. Wilson has been selected as a Super Lawyer in the field of workers’ compensation since 2004 and has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America since 2010. In 2011, he was inducted into the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. Mr. Wilson earned his law degree from the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, and holds a master’s degree in political science from the Eagleton Institute of Politics.
