Shaun R. Eisenhauer, Esq. McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, Harrisburg Mr. Eisenhauer serves as outside general counsel to national manufacturing, real estate, agricultural, and services companies, providing advice on a wide range of matters including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing (including public and private offerings), business planning, corporate and partnership structure, succession planning, contracting, commercial leasing, and general business counseling. Mr. Eisenhauer has been recognized as one of Harrisburg's top "Forty Under 40" by the Central Penn Business Journal and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® published by Woodward/White, Inc. Mr. Eisenhauer is a 1983 graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was an editor of the law review and has served as an adjunct assistant professor of corporate finance. He received his A.B. from Cornell University, his M.B.A. in corporate finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is currently an L.L.M. student in the Graduate Tax Program of the Villanova University School of Law.
