He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Cornell Law School. Mr. DeDiana is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is Co-chairman of the Westmoreland County Orphans’ Court Rules Committee, Chairman of the Orphans’ Court Committee, and is a member of the Elder Law Committee of the Westmoreland Bar Association. Mr. DeDiana is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Westmoreland Bar Association, and the Southwestern Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants on the topics of estate administration and estate planning.
