Philip H. Lebowitz, Esq. Duane Morris LLP, Philadelphia Mr. Lebowitz is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Duane Morris LLP and is a member of Duane’s Health Law Practice Group. Mr. Lebowitz represents health care clients in litigation and provides health care regulatory, business and litigation counseling to hospitals, physicians and physician groups, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, group purchasing organizations and clinical laboratories on topics including fraud and abuse, reimbursement, medical privacy, antitrust and competition, regulatory compliance, clinical research, staffing and privileges, product liability and patient issues. His background also includes extensive experience in commercial, antitrust and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Lebowitz’s articles on health care topics have appeared in Physicians’ News Digest, Radiology Management, American Clinical Laboratory, Managed Healthcare News, Group Practice Journal, Pharmaceutical Executive, Orthopaedic Product News and Diabetes Technology & Therapeutics. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association; and was listed in Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers 2004. Mr. Lebowitz received his B.A. cum laude from Harvard College in 1970 and his J.D. on 1978 from the University of Wisconsin, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif.
