David M. Laigaie, Esq. Dilworth Paxson, LLP, Philadelphia Mr. Laigaie is a shareholder at Dilworth Paxson LLP, where he chairs the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations practice. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil and criminal litigation, including Federal False Claims Act cases. He has served as an assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He is a graduate of Emory University as well as a magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Law School. He also has a Masters Degree in Government Administration from the Fels Center of Government, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Laigaie regularly represents medical providers, suppliers and institutions who are under investigation by the federal government.
