Charles A. Bierbach, Esq. BMZ Law, Huntingdon Mr. Bierbach was born in Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated from the City of Erie School System in 1965. He received a BA in English from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania in 1969, and his JD from the University of Pittsburgh in 1972. Mr. Bierbach practices at the firm of Bierbach, McDowell, McClure & Zanic in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and has been licensed to practice law since October 5, 1972. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all of the Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bierbach has practiced in several legal areas. He started his practice working for Legal Services Corporations in various parts of Pennsylvania, has practiced both Civil and Criminal Law in Huntingdon County and the Counties which surround Huntingdon, and has concentrated his practice in the area of Bankruptcy Law, where he primarily practices in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Since 1998, he has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee administering Bankruptcy Cases in a five (5) County area of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bierbach also handles civil litigation, estates and real estate matters. He is Solicitor for the Townships of Brady, Shirley and Tell, the Borough of Newton Hamilton in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, the Newton-Wayne Joint Municipal Authority in Mifflin County, the Huntingdon County Federal Credit Union and the Independent Corrections Officers of Pennsylvania. |
