ROBERT A. ROYAL is chair of Tiffany & Bosco's intra-corporate dispute department. His intracorporate litigation and business divorce practice involves disputes between corporations, shareholders, directors and managers of LLC's, director and officer liability issues and disputes among partners. He also represents self-insureds in defense of corporations, directors, officers and managers. Rob is an experienced trial lawyer. Rob has published several articles on intra-corporate, business divorce and litigation issues in legal publications and often lectures to legal associations on such matters. He served as the sole litigator on the State Bar Subcommittee rewriting the Arizona Business Corporation Act and authored the litigation sections of the revised Corporation Code. Rob is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and the Maricopa County, Arizona, Iowa and American Bar Associations. He also serves on the Corporate Litigation Subcommittee of the Defense Research Institute and a Director and former Chairman of the Corporate and Business Litigation Subsection of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Rob is the litigation editor and primary author for the Arizona Corporate Practice Guide, a West publication. Rob is currently cochair for the committee rewriting Arizona statutes concerning limited liability companies. Rob received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1979 from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from Drake University in 1981. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1979 and his J.D. from Drake University in 1981 and was a member of the Drake Law Review.
