Richard M. Heller, Esq. Media, Law Offices of Richard Heller Mr. Heller is a practicing attorney in Media with an extensive practice in real estate and is also president of R.E.I. Consultants, Ltd., a 1031 qualified intermediary company. He serves as an instructor and lecturer on real estate topics throughout the country. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Certified Exchange Specialist, a certification of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Mr. Heller is a past chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and currently serves as a member of Council. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He was resource counsel to the Standard Forms Committee of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He is a member and former vice chair of the American Bar Association Purchase and Sale of Residential Real Estate Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and a member of the ABA Section of Taxation, Committee on Sales, Exchange and Basis. Mr. Heller serves as an advisor to the Joint State Government Commission (Real Estate Task Force) of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and is an adjunct professor in the Master of Science tax program at Philadelphia University. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations. Mr. Heller received his B.S. from West Chester University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
