Roger E. Brodman, an experienced litigator with an engineering degree, specializes in construction and engineering issues. He handles cases involving architect and engineering malpractice claims, defective work claims, contractor payment disputes, contractor delay and disruption claims, constructive acceleration claims, lien law litigation and product liability claims. He is a past Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Construction Law Section. Following his graduation from law school in 1982, Mr. Brodman clerked for the Hon. William A. Ingram, a federal district court judge in San Francisco. He then practiced law for two years with Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles before moving to Phoenix and practicing with Gallagher & Kennedy for eleven years, seven as a partner.
