Vicky Ann Trimmer, Esq., CPA Persun and Heim, PC, Mechanicsburg Vicky Trimmer is a founding partner with the Mechanicsburg firm of Persun and Heim, PC, where she concentrates in estate and business planning, estate administration, business organization, taxation and agricultural law. She served as senior assistant counsel with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and was a partner with Mette Evans and Woodside. Ms. Trimmer has made numerous presentations including the PICPA conferences and many Pennsylvania Bar Institute events. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania, Inc., the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Trimmer received her B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law where she is an adjunct associate professor of law.
