Hope A. Comisky, Esq. Partner and Professional Responsibility Counsel Pepper Hamilton, LLP, Philadelphia Ms. Comisky is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Through 2006, Ms. Comisky concentrated her practice in employment law advice, litigation and training. Currently, Ms. Comisky, who is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, counsels clients in all aspects of employment law. In January 2007, Ms. Comisky assumed responsibilities as Professional Responsibility Counsel for Pepper Hamilton. Prior to assuming those duties, Ms. Comisky had been a member of Pepper’s Professional Responsibility Committee and had presented various programs in the area of professional responsibility. Ms. Comisky is a trained arbitrator, and has arbitrated and mediated employment and commercial disputes privately and as a member of the American Arbitration Association’s panel of arbitrators and as approved under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Comisky received her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Comisky is also active in community affairs. |
