Stanley B. Edelstein, Esq. Jacoby Donner P.C., Philadelphia Mr. Edelstein is a principal in the Philadelphia law firm of Jacoby Donner, P.C., where he practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation, construction and public contract law, employment law and occupational safety and health law. He earned his B.S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his J.D. degree with honors, from George Washington University, where he served on its Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Edelstein is a member of the Philadelphia (Chair, State Civil Judicial Procedures Committee, 1993; member, Federal Courts Committee; Business Litigation Committee; Construction Law Committee, Real Property Section) and American (member, Forum Committee on the Construction Industry; Litigation Section; Section on Dispute Resolution; Section on Labor and Employment Law) Bar Associations.
