Joan Esmonde, Esq. Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, Philadelphia Ms. Esmonde is an assistant district attorney with the Child Support Enforcement Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Since graduating from Temple Law School in 1983, she has practiced exclusively in the area of domestic relations and has been with the district attorney’s office since 1988. Additionally, she serves as co-publisher of the Pennsylvania Divorce and Domestic Relations Reporter, which summarizes and reports in full text the decisional domestic relations law in Pennsylvania.
