Charles McPhedran, Esq. EarthJustice, New York, NY Mr. McPhedran is an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Earthjustice, where he represents environmental groups in litigation and policy matters. Previously, Mr. McPhedran was an attorney and law staff chair at PennFuture, where he worked on environmental, energy, and corporate issues. Mr. McPhedran also worked at U.S. EPA, where he enforced federal statutes on air, water, pesticides, chemical reporting, and PCBs, and twice received the coveted Toxic Avenger award. Mr. McPhedran received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. Mr. McPhedran is past President of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court, a member of Pennsylvania DEP's Air Quality Technical Advisory Council, and a past member of the Governor's Advisory Council on Hunting, Fishing, and Conservation.
