Reed Smith, LLP, Pittsburgh A former prosecutor, Mr. Grail practices complex federal court civil and criminal litigation in the Pittsburgh office of Reed Smith LLP, and is co-chair of its nationwide internal investigations and “white collar” group. Mr. Grail has represented entities and individuals in all types of law enforcement, regulatory agency, and internal corporate investigations. In 2003, Mr. Grail was appointed co-chair of the American Bar Association Sub-Committee on Internal Investigations.
