Mr. Horowitz graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law, J.D., summa cum laude. His practice areas are family law, divorce and annulment, mediation, legal separation, prenuptial agreements, child custody and visitation, child support collection and modification, spousal maintenance and modification, domestic partnerships, grandparent rights, guardianship proceedings, enforcement proceedings, out-of-state relocation issues, alternative dispute resolution and collaborative divorce. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Arizona. He is the past president of the Arizona Family Support Council and has served on the Arizona Supreme Courtís Child Support Committee Guidelines Workgroup. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Arizona and has been teaching economics and legal studies at Phoenix College since 1990. He is the recipient of the 2005-2006 State Bar of Arizona CLE Award. He is licensed to practice in all Arizona courts, federal courts situated in the District of Arizona and the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
