Matthew A. White, Esq. Ballard Spahr LLP, Philadelphia Mr. White is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Securities Practice Groups at Ballard Spahr. His practice focuses on complex business disputes, including class action defense, securities, antitrust, and corporate structural disputes. He also routinely represents clients in claims to protect their trade secrets, business identity, and goodwill. Mr. White devotes a smaller, but consistent part of his caseload to real estate and construction litigation, which he learned from the original co-author of the Civil Practice Manual, Steven A. Arbittier. Mr. White's primary pro bono work is in his role as General Counsel for Jewish Family & Children's Services of Philadelphia.
