Benjamin J. Burnside Bogutz & Gordon PC Mr. Burnside is a shareholder in the law firm of Bogutz & Gordon, P.C. and has many years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, planning for incapacity, elder law and special needs planning. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona. He is also a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He earned a B.S. in Commerce (Finance) at the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and later earned his J.D. at the University of Arizona College of Law, where he was an editor for the Arizona Law Review. Mr. Burnside is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Estate and Trust Advisory Commission, which creates and administers the exam and oversees the certification process for specialists in estate and trust law. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council. He participates actively in the Pima County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service and Volunteer Lawyers Program.Mr. Burnside also participates in various community organizations, including serving on the board of Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Tucson. Mr. Burnside also writes and speaks frequently on his areas of practice. |
