Joseph R. Fowler, Esq. Post & Schell, P.C., Philadelphia Mr. Fowler is a partner in the Casualty Department of Post and Schell, P.C. He is a graduate of Villanova University for both his undergraduate and law degrees. Mr. Fowler handles uninsured motorist/underinsured motorist issues, commercial vehicle accident cases, and premises liability matters for a variety of insurance carriers and self-insured entities. As part of his practice, he also assists in the investigation and defense of catastrophic tractor trailer accidents in the pre-litigation stage, as well as, defense of criminal charges against drivers and trucking companies. Mr. Fowler also frequently acts as an uninsured motorist/underinsured motorist arbitrator for numerous insurance companies. He is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, PACIA, Dispute Resolution Institute, Lorman Education, as well as, in-house seminars for his firm and multiple client seminars on the issues of underinsured/uninsured motorist, premises liability, and Daubert/Frye issues.
