William E. Booth III is a practicing attorney in Columbia, South Carolina. He has been practicing in Columbia since 1976. In August 2000, he opened his own law firm concentrating his practice in the areas of real estate ownership, acquisition, and development doing both transactional and litigation work. Mr. Booth received his B.S. Degree and his J.D. Degree from the University of South Carolina and was a law clerk for retired South Carolina Supreme Court Justice William Rhodes from 1975 to 1976. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Mr. Booth was a partner in the law firm of Mays, Foster, Booth & Gunter, L.L.P., for 15 years.
