Hagan LLC, Pittsburgh Mr. Hagan is an independent attorney in Pittsburgh, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, elder law, and probate. Mr. Hagan is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a member of the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Sections of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar associations. He is past chairman of the Allegheny County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee, and is a member of the Allegheny County Court Rules Committee and the Legislative Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Committee. Mr. Hagan is a frequent speaker on topics dealing with long-term care planning and family wealth transfers, and has published on estate planning topics in Trusts & Estates. He received his A.B. and J.D. degrees from the University of Notre Dame, where he served as a member of the editorial board of the Notre Dame Law Review. |
