Professor Mandelbaum is the Director of the Graduate Tax Program and an Associate Professor of Law at Temple University Law School, where she teaches courses on the Federal Estate and Gift Tax, and Estate Planning. Prior to joining Temple’s faculty, Professor Mandelbaum’s private practice included estate planning, estate and trust administration, and a representation of a variety of public charities and private foundations. She lectures frequently on charitable giving and estate planning. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Section on Probate and Trust Law. Professor Mandelbaum has been a Director of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and has chaired its Advocacy Committee. She was also a member of the board of directors of the Harvard-Radcliffe Club of Philadelphia and a member of its Schools and Scholarships Committee. She received her A.B. from Harvard-Radcliffe College and was awarded her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
