Robin Locke Nagele, Esq. Post & Schell, P.C., Philadelphia Ms. Nagele is a partner in the national Health Law Group of Post & Schell, P.C., concentrating in healthcare litigation and counseling. She has considerable federal and state litigation experience representing healthcare institutional providers in fraud and abuse, antitrust, and complex medical staff and credentialing disputes. She counsels health care providers nationally on a wide range of issues, including economic credentialing, government investigations, and a broad spectrum of medical staff and governance issues, such as medical staff organization/reorganization, conflict of interest policies, allied health providers, disruptive physicians, and corrective action, fair hearing and appellate review processes. Ms. Nagele speaks nationally on healthcare issues for American Health Lawyers Association, The Greeley Company, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and other healthcare provider organizations and entities, and has written extensively on healthcare issues for various publications, including The Health Law Handbook (West Group), the American Bar Association, the Legal Intelligencer and HCPro. Most recently, she co-authored “Physician-Owned Specialty Hospitals and Hospital Conflict-of-Interest Policies: Healthy Competition or Business Opportunism?” for The Health Law Handbook, 18th Edition, West Group 2006.
