Edmond J. Ford Ford and Weaver, P.A., Portsmouth Edmond Ford is a shareholder at Ford and Weaver, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on general commercial representation including corporate and business representation, litigation and debtor-creditor bankruptcy. He received his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. Ed is a former president, vice president and treasurer of the Rockingham County Bar Association and a former member of its Steering Committee; and a former member of the NHBA’s Fee Dispute Resolution Committee and its Legislation Committee. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee on Local Rules for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Charles Doe Inn of Court, and is a mediator for the New Hampshire Superior Court’s Rule 170 Mediation Program. Ed has authored and co-authored articles for New Hampshire Bar Journal. He is admitted to practice in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. |
