Buchanan Ingersoll PC, Pittsburgh Mr. Alstadt practices and teaches in the fields of patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. He is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll P.C., and adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University Schools of Law. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Alstadt has had widespread experience in all areas of patent, trademark copyright and unfair competition law, including litigation, patent solicitation, licensing, patent interference practice, trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings, International Trade Commission Investigations, registration of trademarks and copyrights with the U.S. Customs Service and related exclusion proceedings. |
