Rochelle B. Grossman, Esq. Family Court Master Chester County Justice Center, West Chester Ms. Grossman is a Family Court master in Chester County. She received a B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1988, and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1991. She is a past chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Family Law Section and served as a council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. She has been a frequent author and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Bar Association continuing legal education programs in all areas of family law.
